Charlotte Fox
Charlotte is doing Relay in Guildford, supporting the Christian Union in the University of Surrey.
Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.
Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Hi, I’m Charlotte.
I’m really looking forward to working with the CU at University of Surrey in Guildford this coming year. I’ve loved my time as part of the CU in Southampton for the last 4 years. It has been such a joy to be part of God’s mission on campus and I’m super excited to see how God will use me in Guildford over the next year. I can’t wait to build relationships with the students within the CU at Surrey; helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus and supporting and encouraging them in sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ!
This year will also be a fantastic opportunity to be able to spend time deepening my own relationship with God; learning more about Him through His word and growing in my personal faith.
Without God, I wouldn’t be where I am today, so I know that I need to rely on Him throughout the next year. I would really appreciate your support in prayer. I will be sending out monthly prayer letters, with updates, highlights, challenges and ways you can be praying for this year. In addition to this, if you are able to prayerfully consider financially supporting me this year, I would really appreciate it as I am raising money to cover my living and ministry expense as part of the volunteering nature of my role.

Prayer is a vital part of supporting Charlotte’s work with Christian Unions. Here are some prayer points from Charlotte:
- Please pray that I would be fully reliant and trusting in God and serve Him wholeheartedly throughout my Relay year.
- Please pray that Surrey CU would continue to be gospel-focused in their mission on campus, growing in love of Christ, and that they would have many opportunities to share Jesus with their friends.
- Please pray for the students in Guildford who don’t yet know Jesus, that many would be eager to hear and respond to the gospel of Christ.
