Rosie O'Donnell

Rosie O'Donnell

Rosie has been a staff worker for East Anglia since 2018. During that time she has delighted in seeing students in Norwich and Ipswich hear and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ!

Rosie graduated from the University of Surrey with a law degree in 2016. She was a part of the Christian Union there as well as being part of the music and drama society. In first year she wrote and directed a play for the society based on Christian themes. It was there she discovered a love for evangelism through the creative arts and storytelling.

During her year abroad at the University of Turku (Finland) she helped with the IFES movement reach students. This gave her a love for seeing Christ made known amongst student in Europe.

After graduating, Rosie worked in the legal department of a probate company. She then went on to study a short course in theology at Wycliffe Hall (Oxford) and apologetics at the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics (OCCA). From there she moved to Norwich to work for a local church, still doing performance poetry. She was slam regional finalist in 2017 for Hammer and Tongue (a secular spoken word competition).

When she’s not doing staff work, she can be found doing standup comedy in a local Norwich pub. In September 2023, Rosie also obtained a Level 5 CIPD professional qualification in Human Resources Management.

When she finally decides to relax from being a blatant overachiever, she’ll be found watching reruns of Gilmore Girls.
