Victoria Gbadegesin
Victoria is doing Relay in Southampton, supporting the Christian Union in the University of Southampton.
Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.
Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Hi, I'm Victoria. I've just finished studying Physics at Southampton University and am excited to serve as a Relay Worker in Southampton this year!
The Christian Union was a great source of encouragement, prayerful support, and friendship when I first came to university, and continued to be throughout my whole university journey. The Lord has shown me the power He has to transform hearts through evangelism, as well as the joy that comes from evangelising to students with the CU. I greatly look forward to supporting students in the CU this coming year, as well as learning from the Science Elective study programme.
This new role is definitely not one I can do on my own or in my own strength.
