Elliot Gordon
Elliot is doing Relay in Chichester, supporting the Christian Union in the University of Chichester.
Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.
Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Hello, I'm Elliot...
I am super excited to be working with Chichester CU over this next year! For the past 3 years I have studied Fine Art at Chichester, and for the past 2 have served on the CU committee, and it has been a blast. I have loved being involved with the CU and helping to share the good news of Jesus on both our campuses (Chichester and Bognor Regis); having amazing conversations about God, the Bible, and who we are made to be. Throughout my time at Chichester, God has without a doubt been at work in me. My heart for sharing his love has increased tenfold, and I am ready for him to continue doing this, and I cannot wait to be able to spend more of my time doing it.
As well as serving with the CU, I am looking forward to growing in my own faith, falling more in love with Jesus, and learning more about his plan for my life. The Lord has already helped me to grow over the past 3 years, from lukewarm to on fire for God.

This year is voluntary and so I will be fundraising my living expenses for the year. Prayer is a vital part of supporting Elliot’s work with Christian Unions. Here are some prayer points from Elliot:
- Please pray that throughout this year I would keep my eyes firmly fixed on Jesus, and that I would continually give all the glory to Him!
- Please pray that as I transition from a student & committee member to Relay, I would adjust well to the changes around me, and would be able to guide those who have taken on the mantle well.
- Please pray for the students of Chichester University, that they would come to know the abounding love and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
