Jacinto Jerciline-Sundar

Jacinto is doing Relay in Loughborough, supporting the Christian Union in Loughborough University.

Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.

Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Jacinto says...

Hello, I am Jacinto, and I am very excited to be doing Relay in Loughborough!

It has been my joy and privilege to have served in the CU for the past three years at Loughborough. I have been built up by my fellow CU members, but I have also been able to share the gospel in ways that I would have never imagined myself doing! I have seen God working through His people to accomplish His will.

Through Relay, I have been given an opportunity to receive training through studying theology and meeting with my supervisor. I will also be able to serve the CU by investing in the life and work of the student members. I am particularly looking forward to meeting up with students to encourage them and show them more of who Jesus is through His Word!

Relay is a voluntary programme; I need to raise around £12,000 for this year. I would love it if you could partner with me in sharing the gospel by giving financially. But please do also pray for me, I cannot get through this coming year in my own strength. Below are some prayer points for both me and Loughborough CU. There will also be a monthly newsletter where you can see what I am getting up to, so please do sign up.
