Hongheng Oeng
Hongheng is doing Relay in Manchester, supporting the Christian Union in the University of Manchester.
Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.
Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Hello! My name is Hongheng and I'm from Cambodia. I will be serving as a Relay Worker at the University of Manchester CU this coming year. At university, I have been blessed to see the grace of the God on campus in witnessing fellow Christians growing in Christ and new believers coming to Christ. As such, I am moved to believe in the necessity of the gospel being immensely spread across campus. It is the best news ever — that Christ died for our sins and rose again — and my prayer is for everyone here to hear it, and for God to open their hearts.
As a relay worker, my mission is to share the good news of Jesus with students in Manchester through various means of evangelism initiated by the CU. This includes first-contact evangelism and working closely to support CU members in their effort to make the Lord known and equipping them through one-to-one Bible studies. In addition, I look forward to reading the Bible with non-Christians while being trained and equipped by the supervision of a UCCF Staff Worker.
