Charlotte Struthers
Charlotte is doing Relay in Glasgow, supporting the Christian Union in Glasgow Caledonian University.
Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.
Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Hello, I am Charlotte and I have just finished studying at the University of Glasgow. I am moving to the city centre to work alongside Glasgow Caledonian University CU in mission.
The past 4 years in Glasgow and CU have shown me the urgency to evangelise to students in Glasgow. Being able to serve God at CU and glorify and share His name on campus has been a key highlight of my time at university.
University is such a great opportunity to evangelise, therefore I’m looking to continue this opportunity by supporting and encouraging Caley CU with their evangelism. In different ways such as one-to-ones with students, leading bible studies, and helping at events. I am doing Relay +, which means I will also be helping the UCCF Development and Communications team in the office. I’m very excited to see how God will use Glasgow Caley for His glory this year!
I expect this year will bring challenges and I am dependent on God’s strength and provision. Therefore, I would love to ask if you would partner with me through prayer and financial support. - That the Holy Spirit will be transforming the hearts of the students at Glasgow Caley.
- That this will be a year of growth, be able to draw closer to God, depend on Him wholeheartedly, and rely on His wisdom in every situation this year will bring.
- That Caley CU will have confidence in God’s provision and power, have a heart for mission, and that God will use them as a vessel.
