Mazvita Kwajiya
Mazvita is doing Relay in Dundee, supporting the Christian Union in the University of Dundee.
Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.
Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Hey, I’m Maz! I’ve recently completed my studies in Dietetics and am now looking forward to working with Dundee University Christian Union.
The Christian Union was one of the highlights of my time at university. Through it I came to know Jesus and my identity in Him and gained an amazing community of random people brought together simply by Jesus! The CU and church relationships have been a huge blessing, as they’ve really helped me and challenged me to grow in my faith and confidence in Jesus in many ways. It’s clear that the early 20s are usually a time for self-discovery so are an essential time to reach out with the good news of Jesus. I’m excited to have this opportunity to serve alongside Dundee CU to do so.
I’m hoping this year will bring many good things including a deeper relationship and knowledge of God, more confidence and ability to share this with others, and a clearer direction on where the Lord wants me to serve Him later!
As a Relay Worker, this year will be completely self-funded. I’m aiming to raise £12,000 for the year, so I hope you’ll prayerfully consider partnering with me in God’s work through financial support and/or prayers! Any support given will be greatly appreciated.

Prayer is a vital part of supporting Mazvita’s work with Christian Unions. Here are some prayer points from Mazvita:
- Pray that I would grow in my confidence and complete reliance on God through and for everything throughout this year. I hope to discover the gifts that He's given me and how to use them for His glory, learn how to handle His Word correctly, and become more bold and courageous in sharing the amazing truth of the gospel!
- Pray for the students we'll work with - that their hearts and minds will be open to the gospel message, and for the Spirit's work so they'll see their need for Jesus and come to know the truth, clarity, hope, peace, purpose and joy that is found in Him alone!
- Pray for the CU - for God's grace, help and encouragement throughout the year. Pray that all would keep growing in love for one another in various ways, and grow in boldness with sharing the truth of the gospel!
