Benny Seeds
Hi, I’m Benny and I live in Leeds with my wife, Mary. We both came to Leeds as students where we benefitted spiritually from the Christian Unions at our universities as that guided us to a more personal, foundational faith. We still look back and appreciate those times where we both served our CUs. The love of Christ is worth sharing with other people and to do that as a student to peers, students of a similar age and stage in life, is a great opportunity. I loved my time with Leeds Beckett CU, especially because of the support of the whole society and from UCCF.
For these reasons, I am very excited to start working as a Staff Worker for UCCF in the North East, where I will be supporting and investing in students to share the good news of the gospel in joy and love. I’m excited to be working with Huddersfield, Leeds Arts, Leeds Trinity and Leeds Beckett CUs (where I studied!). These are places where God is already at work but it is my passion to serve God in this as more disciples are guided to make more disciples… and so on. I am looking forward to encouraging, envisioning and equipping these young men and women to see the Kingdom of God extend across their campuses.
