Charis Patterson

My years at university were some of the most formative and joyful years of my life. From the moment I arrived, the Christian Union worked tirelessly to welcome me, to show me what a treasure we have in the good news of the gospel, and to equip me to share that good news with my friends. It was such a joy to see friends encounter Jesus for themselves and put their trust in Him.

That is why I am so excited to be joining UCCF as a Staff Worker in Durham! It will be a real privilege to meet students in their big questions and spiritual search with the riches of the good news of Jesus. I am also looking forward to helping students grow in their conviction of the truth and their desire to live fearlessly and wholeheartedly for Jesus. By fixing our eyes on him and delighting in him more and more, we cannot help but long to declare his beautiful story!
