Hatsuho Tsunoda

Hatsuho is doing Relay in York, supporting the Christian Unions in York St John University and the University of York.

Relay is a ten-month discipleship, training and mission programme run by UCCF, a charity which aims to give every student in Great Britain an opportunity to hear and respond to the good news about Jesus Christ.

Relay Workers equip, resource and encourage student Christian Unions whilst being discipled and trained by a member of UCCF staff.

Hi! Thank you for visiting my page! I'm Hatsuho from Japan. I'm really looking forward to doing Relay in York!

During my year as an exchange student at York St John University, I felt so blessed to be involved in the Christian Union as it helped me a lot to grow in my faith. I'm beyond excited to be able to support students in spreading the amazing news of the gospel!

As a Relay Worker, I'd like to support and encourage students to grow in their faith and know about Jesus's love. Having been an international student in York, I'm keen to come alongside international, first-year (freshers), and non-Christian students being a prayerful and supportive friend. This includes first-contact evangelism and one-to-one Bible studies.

To do Relay, it would be greatly appreciated if you'd partner with me through prayer and financial support. I'm aiming to raise about £10k to cover living and ministry costs for this year. It would be amazing if you'd pray for me since there is power in prayer!

I’ll be the one on the front lines to see the best news being shared amongst students, but I'd love you to be my team member so that we are all together able to spread God's love to all students!
